To request deletion of information submitted through this website or a booking, email hello@aitoa.io from the address used for the enquiry. Include the date of your booking if known.

We will verify the request, review the information held by AITOA and its service providers, and respond with the available deletion options. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
